With home buying being such a complex and intimidating process, we've always been thankful to have Mark on our team. He's also been amazing at communicating with our real-estate agents as well, keeping them informed all along the way. We love Mark and his team!

They really did take care of us and for such an important process that a family can go through, I cannot thank Next Step enough for all your help, everything! Mark and his team are awesome! They guided us through our recent home purchase with ease. He got us an excellent rate, kept us informed and provided excellent guidance and advise the entire way. The professionalism, level of service, expertise and responsiveness of the Next Step team are unmatched in the industry. Don't live in the Houston area? No problem. We bought our home through Next Step in San Antonio moving from Dallas/Fort Worth. In fact, we're hoping rates will drop soon so we use Mark again on a future REFI. Would definitely recommend Next Step Home Loans for ALL of your home financing needs!

Mark made our experience seamless. We have purchased and sold 6 homes in the area over the years and have never used a lender twice because we were underwhelmed. We will never switch again now that we have found Mark. He will always be our go to lender!

We had a more difficult situation that required more personal attention than a big lender would be able to handle well. Mark and his team made the process go smoothly (and when buying and selling - that's a BIG deal!).

Finance and loans have always been a terrifying subject for me. When it came time to refinance my house, I didn’t know where to begin. After talking with a few of the “big name” companies and being severely pressured and even threatened into something I knew wasn’t right, I was lucky enough to receive a recommendation for Mark and Next Step Home Loans. I can’t sing their praises enough! The entire process has been seamless, quick, stress free and educational. Mark has an ability to explain things simply and calmly, without putting you under pressure or making you feel inadequate. Each step of the way, he would send short informational videos to describe the process. Not only did he and his team secure a fantastic loan for me but they relieved all my fears and put me on the right track. I swore I would never buy another house again because of the stress from my original purchase but those fears are gone! I only wish I had known about them for my first mortgage! I honestly can not recommend them enough.
